Sesquicentennial Celebration

Celebrate Mazon's 150th anniversary with us!

August 2-9, 2026

Join us as we celebrate Mazon, Verona, and Kinsman history. From the railroad to our area farms, we are honoring our local history with a week-long event. All proceeds from this event will help fund new park equipment and future park expansion for our community.

The Event Planning Committee is looking for items, documents and photos for their History Museum. If you have an item to loan, please contact them at mazonfest@gmail.com. They will be sure to take great care of your item and return it after the celebration. They will be accepting drop-offs for your items in July.
