Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the Village of Mazon current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.

Water and Sewer

Water, sewer and refuse bills are mailed by the first of each month and due on or before the 15 th of each month. Bills received on or the 16 th of the month will be assessed a late fee of 10% of the balance. The Village of Mazon currently accepts cash, check and money order for payment. New service is requied to be set up by the resident we require a photo id and a $100.00 water deposit.
